When I was young, a common statement was: "Free Love and Nickel Beer".I heard tell of one even older: "What this country needs is a good Nickle Cigar."
Well, I guess if you removed all the taxes this cigar might only be a nickle.
But the statement said Good, well one out of two is better than none.
